Eccego provides a sovereign European digital identity platform that enables:

  • Digital identity verification
  • Privacy-preserving authentication
  • eIDAS-compliant digital signatures
  • Cross-border identity services within the EU

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECCEGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eccego from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
